The New Year may be less than a week old, but LEVC has already bagged a prestigious award.

Their all-new, UK-built VN5 electric van has been named Medium EV Van of the Year at the 2021 Company Car & Van Awards.

The judges were impressed by the VN5’s 830kg payload, 5.5 sq/m cargo bay, and 60 mile pure electric range.  Using the same petrol range-extender technology as the LEVC TX electric taxi, the VN5 can cover over 300 miles.  The panel were also swayed by LEVC’s expanding dealer network which now includes over 50 sales and service locations.

It’s been a good start to life for the Coventry-designed, engineered, and built VN5, which was also named Editor’s Choice at last month’s WhatVan? Awards, having only entered production in November.

The company plans for over half of VN5 production to be for the export market by 2022.
