The award-winning New Land Rover Defender 110 has strengthened its rugged credentials by earning full marks from the safety experts at Euro NCAP.

It has been awarded the maximum five-star rating after undergoing rigorous crash testing.
The Defender boasts an ultra-stiff aluminium-intensive bodyshell and the latest safety technology, including Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Rear Collision Monitor, Blind Spot Assist, 3D Surround Camera, Clear Exit Monitor, Adaptive Cruise Control, Driver Condition Monitor, Traffic Sign Recognition, Adaptive Speed

Limiter, Wade Sensing, eCall+, and Multi Collision Brake, dependent on the model.
The new Defender scored 85 per cent for Adult and Child Occupant protection, 79 per cent for Safety Assist and achieved a 71 per cent score for Vulnerable Road Users.

Debuting at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2019, the new Land Rover Defender has already won almost 30 international awards.  Prices for the Defender 110 start from £42,012 on-the-road.
