Skoda have scooped seven trophies at the 2021 What Car? Awards, including outright category wins for the Superb Estate and Octavia iV.
The latter was crowned Plug-in Hybrid of the Year 2021, with What Car? Editor Steve Huntingford commenting: “The iV's official 282.5mpg shows what’s possible if you do lots of short journeys, while CO2 emissions of 31g/km drop it into the exceptionally low 6% company car tax bracket.”
Meanwhile, the Skoda Superb Estate won the Estate Car category for the sixth consecutive year.
Complimenting the two outright category wins, the Skoda Fabia was named Best Estate Car for value, the Scala was named Best Family Car for value, the Superb collected the best value award in the Executive Car category, while Skoda’s popular SUV range netted two awards, with the Skoda Kamiq and Skoda Karoq being named most practical Small SUV and Family SUV respectively.
