Renault will unveil the updated Captur at next week’s Geneva Motor Show.
A total of 215,670 examples of the B-segment crossover were sold in Europe last year, but Renault have decided it’s time for a refreshed look and new equipment to keep the model one step ahead of its rivals.
The two-tone body colour remains, but personalisation options have grown to incorporate two new body colours – Desert Orange and Ocean Blue – and a new Mercury Silver roof colour, bringing the number of different combinations to 36. Inside, the new Captur offers seven interior personalisation packs including Ivory, Blue, Caramel, Red, Satin Chrome and Smoked Chrome, and five exterior packs - Ivory, Blue, Cappuccino, Red, and Orange.
The new Captur boasts Renault’s latest lighting signature, with the LED headlights and daytime running lights forming a C shape front and rear. An updated grille brings the Captur’s looks in line with other models in the Renault crossover range such as the Kadjar. New front and rear bumper skid plates have also been added.
A new range of wheel option has been created, 16-inch Adventure and 17-inch Emotion or Explore. Higher spec models in the range will also have the option of a fixed glass roof for added ambient light in the cabin.
