An all-new British luxury sports car brand is set to launch in April with the unveiling of an all-new car, which the company is promising will "refresh the classic British sports car, for the 21st Century."
British businessman and car enthusiast David Brown has started the new company, named David Brown Automotive, in order to deliver his vision for the future of the British sports car, enlisting the help of ex-Land Rover design chief Alan Mobberley in designing the new model.
The car, which is codenamed 'Project Judi', will be revealed in April, with the company promising a "completely original" interior and exterior design with "the latest in performance, dynamics, technology, comfort and refinement."
David explained: "I wanted all the impact and style of a classic sports car, but with modern capabilities and conveniences. This is what I want in a car, but it's not something anyone really offers. So, I've created it myself."
Little else is known about the car, other than that it will be produced in very limited numbers; however, more information will be released in the run-up to the car's April launch.
