Subaru has released a teaser picture of its latest concept car, the VIZIV 2. Set to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show next month, the VIZIV 2 Concept follows on from the VIZIV and VIZIV Evolution concepts revealed at last year's Geneva and Tokyo Motor Shows, respectively.

Unfortunately, very little is known about the VIZIV 2, other than that it previews a next-generation crossover and offers a glimpse at the path which future Subaru models will take in terms of styling and engineering.

It's yet to be announced exactly what will be fitted under the bonnet too; however, the previous VIZIV Evolution concept featured a 1.6-litre direct-injection turbo engine mated to three electric motors and a CVT automatic transmission, so it seems likely a similar drivetrain could be offered in the new car.

Also on the Subaru stand at the Geneva Motor Show will be the all-new Subaru WRX STI and a race-spec version which will be competing in this year's Nurburgring 24-Hour Race.
