We all know that cars these days are bigger than they've ever been thanks to stringent safety requirements twinned with the increasing tallness and fatness of the general population. However, here's one car that's bucking the trend.
The car you see here is the work of Austin Coulson, a 29-year-old from Phoenix, Texas, and it has just been given the Guinness World Record for the world's smallest car.
At just 2ft 1in in height, 2ft 1.75in in width and 4ft 1.75in in length, the tiny car is completely road-legal, featuring fully-functional windscreen wipers, DOT-approved signal lights, a seatbelt and a working horn.
And while the car can reach speeds of up to 33mph, Coulson says that with the car's lack of suspension "it feels like you're going 100."
