Subaru have announced the time and date for the first public view of their all-new XV model.

The compact SUV will be unveiled on the first day of this year’s Geneva International Motor Show. Yasuyuki Yoshinaga, President and CEO of Subaru’s parent company Fuji Heavy Industries, will do the honours by taking the covers off the new XV on 7 March. Few details of the new model have been released at this stage, but it has been confirmed that the XV will be fitted with Subaru’s celebrated Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system. Subaru have released a teasing profile shot of the XV which gives an impression of the new model’s silhouette.

This year’s Geneva Motor Show – which runs from 7th-19th March – will be the 87th running of the event.
