Subaru has teased a new sports tourer concept, which will be making its world debut at next month's Tokyo Motor Show.
Called the Levorg concept, the car's name comes from a contraction of the words Legacy, Revolution and Touring, which, the company claims "carries on Subaru's great heritage while pioneering a new age of touring car with innovation."
The concept is fitted with a turbocharged 1.6-litre DIT boxer engine which Subaru claims "embodies both superb driving pleasure and extraordinary environmental performance," and will also feature Subaru's next-generation EyeSight driver assist system and the newly launched steering support control.
Subaru has yet to release any more information on the Levorg, including whether or not it will make it to the UK market; however, we expect more information to be released when the car makes its debut on 20 November.
Also on the Subaru stand at the Tokyo Motor Show will be the new Viziv Evolution concept, an updated version of the Viziv concept we saw at the Geneva Motor Show, the Cross Sport Design concept, a compact SUV, and the Crossover 7 concept, a seven-seat crossover.
