SEAT have unveiled a range of special offers across their model range.

The Spanish car maker SEAT are hoping that they can improve even further on record European sales figures for the first quarter of this year, by introducing a range of summer deals to tempt buyers into parting with their cash.

Leading the pack will be a new improved value version of SEAT's perennial favourite, the Ibiza. The firm are extending the Copa trim level to cover all three body types - SC, 5-door and ST.

The S Copa will add 15-inch 'Ingenia' alloy wheels, cruise control, electric door mirrors, front fog lights with cornering function, and body-coloured door handles and mirrors to the standard Ibiza S trim. It will be offered with a choice of engines - a 1.2-litre 12V 69bhp petrol engine in SC or 5-door form, or a frugal three-cylinder 1.2-litre TDI turbodiesel offering 80mpg with low emissions of 92g/km, available in all three body styles.

The price tag for the Ibiza SC S Copa is being set at £9,995. A 42-month Personal Contract Hire deal is also available for £199 per month with a deposit of £199.

In the middle of the price spectrum the Ibiza SE Copa includes 16 inch alloy wheels, electric folding mirrors, leather steering wheel and gearknob, dark tinted rear windows, climate control, rain-sensing wipers, automatic lights and auto-dimming rear view mirror on top of the standard equipment list.

The SE Copa supermini comes with a more powerful engine, in the form of SEAT's 1.4-litre 84bhp unit, as well as the option of the same 1.2-litre TDI which comes with the S Copa.

Prices for the Ibiza SC 1.4 SE Copa start at £10,495, which is just £500 over the price of the S Copa despite coming with extra equipment to the value of £1,120.

At the top end of the range is the Leon. The Leon 1.2 TSI SE Copa, for example, now comes with a price tag of £14,695, representing a saving of £2,245. This car features an expansive equipment list with features such as a SEAT Media System with touch screen satellite navigation, 3D mapping, dynamic route guidance, DAB radio, Bluetooth connectivity and SD card slot for importing MP3 music.
