The all-new Kia Picanto has been named 'Best Small Car' by the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers.

The small Kia has already won 'Best Supermini' at the What Car? Green Awards and been named 'Car of the Year' by the Northern Group of Motoring Writers.

John Murdoch, president of the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers said of the Picanto, "Not only is our top small car good to drive, easy to park, affordable to buy and cheap to run but it's good looking and benefits from the quality feel of its larger siblings."

The Picanto is available in both three and five door versions with a choice of 1.1-litre and 1.25-litre petrol engines.
