This is the first image of the new five-door Kia Cee'd GT, which will join the three-door Pro_cee'd GT on the Kia stand at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show.
The Cee'd GT and the Pro_cee'd GT are Kia's first entrants into the hot hatchback market and are 'the brand's most performance-focused production cars ever.'
Both models are fitted with a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine which produces 201bhp and 195lb-ft of torque. Kia claims that both the Cee'd GT and the pro_cee'd GT will hit 62mph in under 8 seconds.
Production of the Pro_cee'd GT and the Cee'd GT will begin at Kia's Zilina plant in Slovakia in May, with the first Pro_cee'd GTs going on sale by the middle of 2013. The Cee'd GT will join the line-up later in the year.
Prices have yet to be confirmed, but expect the five-door Cee'd GT to cost from around £23,000.
