Infiniti has revealed more images of its Q30 concept ahead of the car's debut at this week's Frankfurt Motor Show.
The new images give us our best idea yet of what Infiniti's Mercedes A-Class-rivalling crossover hatchback will look like when it goes into production at Nissan's Sunderland plant in 2015.
Infiniti claims that the Q30 will target a new generation of premium car buyers, provoking a "radical shift" in the premium compact segment. The Q30 features a raised ride height along with design elements from both coupes and crossovers, giving the car a distinctive look.
Infiniti claims that "the shape of the Infiniti Q30 Concept deliberately challenges categorisation -- not a coupe, not a hatch and not a crossover but a fusion of the three body styles."
Infiniti will be hoping that the Q30 will attract younger buyers to the Infiniti brand and that the Q30 will help provide the sales breakthrough the company needs if it is to establish itself as a big name in the UK premium car market.
