Range Rover have littered the streets of London with head turning wire frame sculptures of the new Evoque convertible.
The convertible Range Rover Evoque is on the horizon with little over a month until it goes on sale in the UK.
In an interesting marketing effort they have planted a bunch of 1:1 scale wire frame Range Rover Evoque sculptures on all the prestigious roads in London such as Brompton Rd which is where you would find the iconic department store, Harrods.
The impressive sculptures are eye catching in colour and are said to ‘illustrate the elegant evolution of the Range Rover Evoque’s transformation from coupe to convertible’. The wire frames don’t just make up the exterior of the car, the wheels are 3D and there are also seats and a steering wheel crafted out of the aluminium wire frame on the inside of the sculpture.
There are six aluminium wireframes in total, and each one will go on a global tour to raise some more interest internationally. Whatever you might think of Evoque convertibles, these wire sculptures are impressive in their own right.
This isn’t the first time Land Rover have used wire sculptures, they also made the sculptures for the original Range Rover Evoque.
