Subaru is set to unveil a new concept car at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show.

Developed in conjunction with Toyota, the 'BOXER Sports Car Architecture' concept shows Subaru's new design direction. Built on a brand new platform and featuring Subaru's trademark boxer engine, Subaru claims that the concept "will reinterpret the enjoyable, sure-footed driving experience in a rear-wheel drive format."

Also on display will be Subaru's new Impreza Concept, offering "a sleek and lean form that exudes dynamism and elegance." Subaru claims that the concept shows a possible design direction for future production models of the Impreza.

Subaru's new Trezia supermini will also be on display, featuring either a 1.3-litre petrol engine or a 1.4-litre diesel with CO2 emissions of 113g/km. Subaru is currently considering whether to put the Trezia on sale in the UK.

The Geneva Motor Show will run from 1st March until 13th March.
