Skoda have added sporty Monte Carlo trim levels to the Scala and Kamiq ranges.

Prices for the Kamiq Monte Carlo start from £23,305 for the 1.0 TSI 115 version, boasting gloss black detailing, 18-inch black Vega alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, full LED headlights and tail lights, special sports front bumper, black rear diffuser, and black boot lettering.  Inside are sports seats, sports steering wheel, aluminium pedals, red ambient lighting in red, black roof lining, Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster, Amundsen infotainment system with 9.2-inch display, and gesture control.  A more powerful 1.5-litre TSI is also available, as is a choice of either six-speed manual or seven-speed DSG automatic transmission.

The Scala Monte Carlo starts from £22,680.  It has full LED headlights and tail lights, sport front bumper, extended tailgate glass, panoramic roof, black radiator grille surround, black rear diffuser, rear spoiler, black lettering on the tailgate, and 18-inch black Vega alloy wheels.  As with the Kamiq, the Scala Monte Carlo’s interior includes Amundsen infotainment system with 9.2-inch display, Virtual Cockpit, sports seats, sports steering wheel, aluminium pedals, and red ambient LED lighting, as well as a black roof lining and leather pack with distinctive red stitching, and chrome surrounds on the air vents and door sills. Scala lettering completes the interior design package.  The Scala Monte Carlo shares the same engine and gearbox options as the Kamiq Monte Carlo.

£25,350 OTR. Order books for both models are open now with the first deliveries expected in Spring.
