Renault to reveal new Captur SUV on Friday | New Release - Car News Jan 2013

Renault is set to unveil is new supermini-sized SUV, following the release of a teaser image on the firm's official website.

The new model -- which is expected to be called the Captur -- is based on the same platform as the Clio and features front-end styling highly reminiscent of Renault's supermini.

The Captur is also expected to utilise the same engines as its smaller brother and is likely to feature a similar interior design.

More details will be released at the car's launch on Friday.

The Captur will go on sale in the summer after making its international debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
