Skoda has announced a price reduction across the Rapid Spaceback range, which was first introduced by the manufacturer in 2013.

The refreshed range still features S, SE Tech, and SE Sport as its three trim levels, but although those trim levels retain the same equipment level as before they come with significant price reductions. The entry level Skoda Rapid Spaceback 1.2 S TSI 90PS is now £13,500, which represents a saving of £1,300. The biggest savings are to be found on the SE Tech 1.4 TSI 125PS DSG and SE Sport 1.4 TSI 125PS DSG models, which at £16,390 and £17,590 respectively are now almost £2,000 cheaper to buy than previously.

All models in the Rapid Spaceback remain powered by an all-turbocharged range of engines, the greenest of which emits just 94g/km of CO2.
