Dacia has showcased its latest range of vehicles at the Geneva Motor Show.
The firm is renewing its entire line-up in time for a planned UK launch in late 2012. "The new Logan will be ready in time for the 2012 UK market launch," said Renault and Dacia's global marketing chief, Stephen Norman.
Stepway 2
This model has a 1.6 litre engine that is powered by bioethanol and develops 105bhp. The environmentally friendly model has Dacia's Eco2 signature. Orders for the model will begin next month.
Lodgy
As well as having lots of space, being 4.5 metres in length and 1.75 in width, Dacia claims that it has a stylish exterior with a grille moulded around the Dacia logo and sculptured wheel arches. The new MPV comes in both five and seven-seater varieties.
Drivers can create additional space by purchasing the seven-seater model which has 30 litres of storage space in the cabin. The third-row bench seat can also be taken away to provide even more storage space.
Dacia has yet to confirm when this model will be available on the UK market, but according to Car Magazine the firm has several planned model launches in autumn this year including the new Duster 4x4, the Logan saloon and crossover estate/MPV.
Cutting edge technology
The model's MEDIA NAV system, gives drivers access to the full range of multimedia technology. For an extra investment drivers can benefit from the following features: radio, auxiliary sockets (for MP3 players, etc), Bluetooth connectivity and satellite navigation via and an 18cm touch screen display.
The car's navigation system is highly sensitive and utilises 2D and 3D (Birdview) graphics.
Modernised engines
Car owners can choose from two energy efficient engines, which have both been awarded Dacia eco² signature.
The two diesel engines, both based on the 1.5 dCi block, have been recognised for their finesse by car industry experts across the globe.
