MG are helping their customer cope with the onset of winter weather by offering them a complimentary vehicle health check.

Available at any MG Authorised Repairer, the16-point visual inspection includes such key components as clutch and brake performance, driveshaft operation, battery condition, fluid levels, windscreen wipers, tyres, suspension, exhaust, steering, seat belts, and exposed belt use, identifying any necessary servicing or repair work. Customers will be provided with a full inspection report to help them ensure their car is safe and sound for winter motoring.

Recent research from the Institute of Advanced Motorists showed an 11% jump in accidents during the winter months.

“The safety of MG drivers is paramount, which is why we’re offering free vehicle health checks at dealerships nationwide”, said MG’s Matthew Cheyne. “We all know that driving in winter can sometimes be a little more challenging, so it’s important your car is ready to head out on the road.”
