Kia has launched a new scheme called the Kia Promise, an extra benefits package that builds on the company’s famous seven-year/100,000 mile warranty.

Activated post-purchase and by registering on the new MyKia online portal, the Kia Promise’s benefits include the Quality Redefined warranty, complimentary seven day insurance, £250 Insurance Excess Return for one year, and 12 months RAC Roadside Assistance which includes onward travel and European cover.

Registering with MyKia will also unlocks access to Click & Collect for online ordering of genuine Kia accessories as well as Online Booking for service appointments. On registering, the vehicle will receive a complimentary Health Check, wash and vacuum and the customer will be provided with alternative transport if required. Kia Promise also comes with Accident Aftercare, who will liaise with the customer’s insurer, provide a free courtesy car and will exercise the customer’s right to genuine Kia parts and repairs at a Kia Approved Bodyshop.
