Jeep has marked the brand’s 75th birthday in its own unique fashion by setting up the first dealership reachable only by 4x4.
Using a Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition to tow the 3.5-tonne mobile dealership, Jeep set up shop for three days on a cliff top overlooking Robin Hood’s Bay in North Yorkshire. A video of how it was done has been posted on the Jeep UK YouTube channel.
While passing trade was slow, walkers and ramblers as well as 4x4 owners were welcomed into the dealership to learn more about Jeep 75th Anniversary range, which is on sale now and includes limited edition versions of the Grand Cherokee, Cherokee, Wrangler, Renegade, and Willys Jeep models.
Jeep UK’s Damien Dally explained, “Jeep has a long and illustrious off-road history. In our 75th year, a landmark moment, it seems fitting that we’ve demonstrated that our vehicles really do go anywhere and can do anything by creating the world’s first pop-up dealership which you can only get to in a 4x4.”
