Jaguar's new XFR-S super-saloon has made its debut at the Los Angeles Motor Show alongside the new F-Type.

Developed by Jaguar Land Rover's ETO division, the new XFR-S is the fastest and most powerful sports saloon the company has ever made. The XFR-S is fitted with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 mated to an eight-speed Quickshift gearbox and produces 542bhp. This translates into a 0-62mph time of 4.4 seconds and an electronically-limited top speed of 186mph.

The Jaguar XFR-S will go on sale here in the UK in May 2013, with prices starting from £79,995.

Jaguar's new F-Type also made its US debut at the LA Motor Show. The car was shown was a V6 model in special Firesand paintwork and was fitted with the optional 'Design' and 'Black' styling packs.
