An extension to the standard warranty on all new MG3’s has been announced by the manufacturer.

The MG3 will now come with a 5-year/60,000-mile manufacturer warranty, an increase of two years compared to the previous warranty offered with the car.

Priced from just £8,695, the MG3 is proving increasingly popular with UK new car buyers, and over 10,000 have been sold since the model was launched a little under five years ago. In addition to the improved warranty, MG have also welcomed in the New Year with an exclusive offer on accessory packs, providing additional personalisation options for only £295, a saving of £180 on the normal price.

MG Motor UK’s Harvey France explained: “We are always looking for ways to enhance our customer experience and value for money. The MG3 has been a strong performer for us over the past couple of years, proving a popular, reliable choice for drivers of all ages. The versatility, style and value for money of the MG3 are just a few of the reasons our customers keep on coming back, and we wanted to reward that loyalty with this extended warranty.”
