A special edition Fiat 500 convertible is being launched to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the 500’s launch.

Just 250 UK examples of the model, called the Fiat 500-60th, will be available to commemorate the 500’s Diamond Jubilee, with prices starting from £19,240.

The model comes with grey fabric roof and Dolcevita bi-colour white and pastel ivory paintwork. Chrome mirror covers and  white diamond finish 16-inch alloys complete the special look. Vintage Fiat and special 500-60th badging further identify the model.

Inside you will find a bordeaux vinyl dashboard, ivory leather seats with contrasting bordeaux piping, ivory leather gear knob, bespoke floor mats and 500-60th kickplates. Technology includes multi-function steering wheel, 7-inch HD Uconnec Radio Live touchscreen system with Bluetooth, satellite navigation and USB and AUX IN ports, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rain and dusk sensors, cruise control, automatic climate control, fog lights and rear parking sensors.

Engine choices begin with the 69bhp 1.2-litre petrol unit. An 85bhp, 0.9-litre TwinAir version is available with either manual or Dualogic automatic transmission priced from £20,500, while a 105bhp version of the same engine is available from £21,000.
