Hot on the heels of the 1.3 MultiJet II turbo-diesel model, the new Fiat 500 range has expanded even further with the launch of a new 1.2-litre 69bhp Eco model.
Priced from £11,865 on-the-road, the new Fiat 500 1.2-litre Eco is available in Pop Star and Lounge trim levels, and boasts such efficiency technologies as smart alternator, Start & Stop, improved underbody aerodynamics and low rolling resistance 15-inch tyres. As a result, the Fiat 500 1.2 Eco has a road tax beating CO2 emissions figure of 99g/km, and 65.7mpg combined.
Safety features include enlarged front brake discs, seven airbags, ABS with Electronic Brake Distribution, electronic stability control, anti-slip regulation, hill hold, and hydraulic brake assistance.
