Chevrolet has trialled a new leisure pursuit to promote its new Captiva 4x4 – Car paintball.

The activity is similar to normal paintball with the obvious difference that all participants are at the wheel during play. A paintball gun is attached to the bonnet of the car and is aimed by a remote control operated by the driver.

Zoe Lavender of Chevrolet UK said: "The new Captiva is all about action and is perfect for anyone in search of a bit of an adventure - although despite our activities at the launch we would not endorse any daring driving manoeuvres outside the car paintballing arena! We hope our unique launch will appeal to active families who want to stand out from the crowd."
