The new Citroen C3 has accelerated through the 10,000 unit sale mark after just six months on the UK market, becoming Citroen’s top UK seller in the process.
Across the globe almost 160,000 examples of the award-winning C3 have been sold since its launch in early January. Over 60% of those customers chose the top-end Flair trim level, a similar number choosing Airbump panels, and an overwhelming 95% selecting a two-tone paint finish.
In range-topping Flair trim the model includes the latest ConnectedCAM Citroën, a world first built-in dashcam which debuts on the C3. The system also allows the driver and front passenger to safely take photos or videos that can be instantly shared via social media using a free app, while still operating as a conventional dashcam in the event of an accident.
Powertrain options include both PureTech petrol and BlueHDi diesel engines, and the latest generation EAT6 fully automatic gearbox is available as part of the C3 range.
The highly customisable Citroen C3 offers 36 different exterior colour combinations, while a panoramic sunroof floods the cabin with natural light.
