Citroen has confirmed the pricing and specification details for the new C1, which goes on sale in the UK in July.
The new C1, which was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show last week, is one third of the new city car trilogy from the Citroen-Peugeot-Toyota alliance, alongside the new Toyota Aygo and the Peugeot 108.
Available in both three- and five-door form, the new C1 will be priced from £8,245 and £11,935, and will be available in three trim levels -- Touch, Feel and Flair.
Starting at the bottom of the range, 'Touch' models come as standard with power steering, remote central locking, electric front windows, an MP3 compatible stereo, a USB socket and LED daytime-running lights. A wide range of safety kit, including ABS, ESP, emergency braking assist and six airbags, is also included.
Moving up the range, 'Feel' models start from £9,495 and include air-conditioning, DAB radio, a seven-inch touchscreen, steering wheel-mounted controls and body-coloured door mirrors and handles.
Top-of-the-range is the 'Flair', which starts at £10,185 and includes 15-inch alloys, a speed limiter, a rev counter, a reversing camera, electrically-heated and adjustable door mirrors, a leather-trimmed steering wheel and tinted rear windows.
The new C1 will also be available in 'Airscape' form, with a roll-back fabric roof, with prices starting from £10,345. The Airscape roof is available on Feel and Flair models only.
A brace of three-cylinder petrol engines will be on offer, with power outputs of 68bhp and 82bhp, while buyers will be able to choose from five-speed manual or five-speed automated manual gearboxes.
