We're not massive fans of 'green' cars here at CarSite.co.uk for one very big reason: on the whole they're generally pretty dull.
Green cars are designed to preserve the world's resources, mend the hole in the ozone layer and save you money at the pumps: all very admirable stuff I'm sure you'll agree. However, there are very few green cars which can genuinely put a big smile on your face.

The Honda CR-Z is that rarest of beasts -- an eco car you might actually want to buy. With its futuristic styling, engaging driving experience and impressively low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, the hybrid Honda is a cracking little car.
It's been around for a few years now but Honda has recently released a raft of improvements to the CR-Z, including a number of styling tweaks and performance upgrades. The CR-Z now produces 135bhp -- 13bhp more than before -- but fuel economy and emissions remain the same.
