Audi range is back in black | New Release - Car News Nov 2016

Audi have extended their Black Edition trim to encompass more models than ever before.

The Black Edition trim has become a popular choice with Audi buyers thanks to additional equipment including black styling pack, privacy glass, piano black inlays, and upgraded sound system.

Prices start from £26,565 for the Audi A3 Black Edition, £33,880 for the S3, £34,550 for the Q3, £31,735 for the TT, £41,285 for the TTS, £59,440 for the S6, and £66,780 for the S7 Sportback.

On the A3 the Black Edition trim can is available on three-door, five Sportback, and saloon variants, building on the top-of-the-range S Line trim and including special 18-inch 10-spoke matt titanium alloy wheels, and a 10-speaker Audi Sound System with 180 watts of music power.

S3 three-door and Sportback Black Edition models get 18-inch five-arm Turbine design wheels, while S3 Saloon Black Edition models upgrade to a 19-inch five-arm Wing design alloys. All S3 Black Edition models gain a Bang & Olufsen audio system.

TT and TTS Coupe and Roadster Black Edition models sit on 19-inch five-spoke Blade design alloy wheels, and also come with the Bang & Olufsen audio package, as does an extra powered wind deflector for the Roadster.

The Q3 Black Edition comes available from this month, replacing the previous S Line plus model on which it builds with black styling package. 19-inch 10-Y-spoke design alloy wheels with black diamond cut finish, standard metallic paint, privacy glass and BOSE sound system upgrade.

S6 Saloon and Avant, and S7 Sportback Black Edition models, come with 20-inch five twin spoke alloy wheels and 21-inch five-arm Rotor design wheels respectively, while inside are piano black inlays, BOSE sound system, and a flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel.
