Order books for two new additions to the Volkswagen up! range have opened, with first deliveries expected to commence in March.
Powered by a 74bhp 1.0-litre petrol engine, which offers 60.1mpg combined and CO2 emissions of just 108g/km, the Street up! and Club up! are available to order now from Volkswagen’s authorised dealer network with prices starting from £11,995.
The two new models are based on the range-topping High up! trim level, and so come with front fog lights, heated front seats, and the Map & More portable infotainment system, but are distinguishing by a package of individual styling features. The Street up! model, which is priced at £11,995 for the 3-door version and £12,370 for the 5-door, includes 16-inch Upsilon alloy wheels, Black Pearl or Reflex Silver paint finish, 65 per cent tinted rear privacy glass, body coloured bumpers with chrome fog light mouldings, contrasting door mirrors, leather steering wheel, black roof lining, carpet mats, and ‘Street’ branded decals on the side, bonnet, boot, roof, scuff plates, and cloth upholstery.
Meanwhile, the Club up! adds all that plus16-inch Triangle alloy wheels, unique Blueberry metallic or Black Pearl paint, and ‘Club’ branded decals on the side, bonnet, boot, roof, scuff plates, and tartan cloth upholstery.
The Volkswagen Club up! carries the same £11,995 price tag for the 3-door model, rising to £12,370 for the 5-door model.
Both the Street up! and Club up! models come with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The popular Volkswagen up! city car range starts at £8,765 for the 59bhp 1.0-litre Take up!
