The BuyYourCar faithful have been treated to an exciting new car racing game entitled ‘Street Racer’.
The game has been met with vast approval in its short lifetime with some players describing it as “surprisingly addictive”. The objective is to race three laps around a track in the quickest time possible and get your name up on the BuyYourCar leaderboards.
As it stands the site has a new top dog, with Jimmy Barrell at the summit of many of the boards having ousted Tom Sabell late yesterday afternoon.
Unlockable Ferrari
Players start off in a Mini around a basic track against seven other computerised racers. If players succeed in winning the three-lap race they will unlock a second track and a BMW in which to compete. Once this second track is conquered, a third circuit along with a Ferrari will be available to race.
With all the positive feedback that has been thus far received, inevitable battles between groups of friends are likely to ensue, with leaderboard bragging rights at stake.
Users can log into Facebook to play the game and publish their track times to friends.
