Ssangyong have announced a refresh to their Korando SUV, including a new front end design and upgraded equipment.
A new grille and headlight arrangement are the most obvious changes, bringing the SsangYong Korando’s styling in line with the Ssangyong Tivoli, Tivoli XLV, and new Rexton models. This remodelling of the front end also includes new fog lights, lower valance and bonnet. It features daytime running lights using 11 high-luminescent LED lamps with separate lenses to improve visibility.
A new ergonomically-designed steering wheel joins electrically operated and heated door mirrors with puddle lamps, RDS radio and iPod & Bluetooth connectivity, air conditioning, tinted glass and roof rails on the standard equipment list.
Powered by a EU6 compliant 2.2-litre turbodiesel, the Ssangyong Korando boasts a 2-tonne towing capacity, and practicality is further aided by a boot capable of carrying up to 1,312 litres of luggage.
The updated Korando is on sale now priced from £17,000 on-the-road, with every model boasting Ssangyong’s 5-year limitless mileage warranty as standard.
