Bentley continues to celebrate its centenary year with the announcement of a new limited edition Continental GT.
The new Bentley Continental GT Limited Edition is inspired by the model’s record-breaking performance in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb event in June. Three-time Pikes Peak champion Rhys Millen took a Bentley Continental up the 12.42-mile, 156 bend course in 10 minutes 18.4 seconds, shaving 8.4 seconds off the previous record.
Just 15 examples of the new Limited Edition will be produced, all finished in the same striking Radium by Mulliner paintwork as the record-breaking Pikes Peak car. It will also feature Acid Green brake callipers, Pirelli P Zero Colour Edition tyres, 22-inch Mulliner Gloss Black wheels, and a Pike Peak front bumper decal.
Inside the cabin is a combination Alcantara and Beluga leather upholstery with contrasting Radium stitching, honeycomb-stitched steering wheel, Radium centre stripe, carbon fibre fascias, Piano Black centre console, and Pikes Peak branding throughout.
But the beating heart of the Continental GT Limited Edition is its twin-turbocharged Bentley W12 engine. The 626bhp, 12-cylinder power plant hurls the mighty Continental from 0-60mph in just 3.6 seconds, and gives a top speed of 207 mph.
