Skoda has unveiled two new limited edition versions of its Rapid hatchback, each boasting a number of unique features and extra equipment.
The first of these models, the Rapid SE Connect, is based on the standard Rapid 1.2-litre TSI 86PS SE model but comes with a choice of two metallic paint finishes -- Brilliant Silver and Denim Blue -- along with 16-inch 'Antia' alloy wheels, rear parking sensors, Amundsen satellite navigation and DAB digital radio. In total, the extra equipment is worth £3,665.
The Rapid SE Connect is priced from £12,990 and will be limited to just 800 vehicles.
The second of these new models is the Rapid Sport, which is based on the 1.2-litre TSI 105PS SE model, and comes with a range of extra kit worth £1,250. Addition equipment includes 17-inch 'Ray' black alloy wheels, sunset glass, front fog lights, sports seats, steel pedals, black door mirrors and a rear spoiler.
All Rapid Sports will be finished in Candy White and are priced from £15,630. Just 200 units will be offered to UK customers.
