Skoda’s family of SUVs is to gain a third member, with the announcement of the new Skoda Kamiq.
The Kamiq will be given its first public display at the Geneva Motor Show in March, joining the Karoq and Kodiaq models in an expanded SUV line up.
Billed as an entry-level compact SUV for the European market, Skoda say the Kamiq will combine the agility and handling of a compact car with the traditional advantages of an SUV, such as a higher seating position, better visibility, ease of access, and higher ground clearance.
No details of pricing or specification have been revealed at this stage, with this information expected to follow the Kamiq’s Geneva bow in March.
