SEAT opened 2019 with its highest-ever first six-monthly sales figures.
The Spanish brand has reported an 8.4% growth during the first half of this year, with a record global sales total of 314,300 cars.
June was especially strong, with sales up by 10% compared to the same month last year, the second month in a row where SEAT enjoyed double-digit sales growth.
UK sales went up by over 5%, with 37,700 cars sold here since the turn of the year, but even this was dwarfed by growth in other European markets.
