Changes to the Renault Kadjar see the introduction of a new top-of-the-range model, as well as a new 7-speed Dual Clutch automatic transmission.
The new Signature S Nav specification builds on the existing Signature Nav trim, adding full black leather upholstery with electrically-adjustable driver’s seat height and heated front seats, hands-free parking, blind spot warning, rear parking camera and front and rear parking sensors. Priced from £23,695, then Renault Kadjar Signature S Nav is £1,400 more than the Signature Nav but gains £1,750 of additional equipment. This builds on a spec list which already boasts panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, hands free keycard, heated and folding door mirrors, R-Link 2 multimedia system with 7-inch touchscreen, TomTom LIVE services with Western European mapping, Bluetooth, hands-free calls, and BOSE sound system. The model is available with a choice of two diesels and one petrol engine, with automatic EDC or manual transmission, and in either two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive variants.
Kadjar models from Dynamique Nav trim upwards can now also choose the new 7-speed EDC dual clutch gearbox with the ENERGY TCe130 petrol engine, priced at £1,200 more than the equivalent manual version.
The crossover Kadjar went on UK sale in September last year priced from £17,995, and has helped Renault’s resurgence continue with the manufacturer enjoying industry-beating sales growth of 16 per cent.
