Renault power up for Zoe update | New Release - Car News Feb 2018

Renault’s popular Zoe electric supermini is now even more powerful thanks to the inclusion of a new motor.

The new 80kW R110 electric motor is 12kW - or to put it another way 16hp - more powerful than its predecessor despite being the same size, improving the Zoe’s high-speed acceleration.

Renault have also made Android Auto-enabled R-LINK Evolution available for the Zoe, so drivers will be able to display driving-compatible Android applications stored on their smartphone such as Waze, Deezer, Spotify, TuneIn, Skype, Messenger, Audible and others.

A new dark metallic purple body colour called Aconite is also available, while from the Dynamique Nav version upwards the Zoe can also be chosen with a new Purple Interior Pack, including violet satin finished dashboard trim strip and air vent, gear lever base, loudspeaker surrounds, top stitching, and black and violet fabric upholstery.
