Renault is celebrating an important milestone after making their 300,000th European electric vehicle sale.

The French carmaker has established itself as a world leader in the electric vehicle market, with its Z.E. range now encompassing five models in both the passenger and commercial sector.  This includes the all-new ZOE city car, the third generation of which hit showrooms earlier this year, and the all-new ZOE van.

This year marks a decade since Renault entered the electric vehicle market.  The ZOE has been a particularly popular model, with over 100,000 sold in Renault’s domestic market since it was first introduced, and even in the current challenging economic conditions sales of the model have grown by almost half during the first six months of 2020.
