The new Nissan Micra BOSE Personal Edition has gone on UK sale priced from £18,635 on-the-road.
Just 600 units will be produced for the UK, each containing a high-quality audio package thanks to Nissan’s partnership with premium manufacturer BOSE.
BOSE have created a unique audio system for the model, delivering an immersive 360° sound experience through digital signal processing and six high-performance speakers, including two BOSE UltraNearfield speakers built into the driver’s seat head rest. The BOSE Personal audio system can be personalised via the PersonalSpace Control located in the Micra’s audio settings and accessed through the touch-screen infotainment system.
Based on the range-topping Tekna specification, the Nissan Micra BOSE Personal Edition comes finished in Enigma Black or Echo Grey, while Energy Orange exterior and interior personalisation packs are available.
The Micra BOSE Personal Edition is distinguished by orange finishers fitted to the front and rear bumper, side mouldings, mirrors caps and 17-inch alloys, while there are anodised black and orange stickers on the roof and bonnet. Unique BOSE Personal badging on the Micra’s B-pillars further marks the car out as a limited edition. LED headlamps round off BOSE Personal Edition treatment. The inside features soft-touch, double-stitched Energy Orange inserts on the seats, floor mats and kick plates, while a premium arm rest between the front seats has also been added.
Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Recognition and Intelligent Lane Intervention is a standard safety feature.
There are two power options; a 0.9-litre three-cylinder turbo petrol, or a 1.5-litre turbodiesel, the latter priced from £19,965 on-the-road. Both have a five-speed manual transmission.
