Skoda has added a new SportLine trim level to the Superb range.
Available to order from next month starting from £26,490 on-the-road, the SportLine models will incorporate both estate and hatchback body styles.
Hatchback models will come with a black gloss rear spoiler, while the estate features black gloss roof rails and body-coloured spoiler. All models get 19-inch Anthracite Vega alloy wheels, sports design bumpers, sunset glass, and black gloss trimmed grille, wing mirrors, and window surrounds.
Internally the Superb SportLine features a three-spoke Super Sport multifunction steering wheel with silver stitching, quilted Alcantara sports seats, LED ambient lighting, carbon dashboard trim, aluminium pedals and black headlining. Standard equipment also includes Bi-Xenon headlights, Columbus Navigation and Wi-Fi, rear parking sensors, Drive Mode Select, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry, and cruise control. The SportLine’s reconfigured chassis lowers the ride height by 15mm, while handling is boosted by an XDS electronic differential lock.
Colour options are Moon White metallic, Quartz Grey metallic, Business Grey metallic, Brilliant Silver metallic, Black Magic pearl effect and Corrida Red, while an exclusive Dragon Green metallic is a SportLine-only option.
The Superb SportLine is available in three petrol and two diesel engines, with the option of four-wheel drive and six-speed DSG automatic gearbox. Prices start from £26,490 for the 1.4 TSI petrol powered hatchback, rising to £32,535 for the 2.0-litre TDI with 4x4 and DSG. Estate models carry a premium of £120.
