Mountune have launched two new power upgrade packages to pull even more power from the Ford Focus RS.
For £2,950, the renowned Ford tuning specialists’ m450 package ekes a further 49bhp from the 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine, providing a total of 444bhp. This is achieved by replacing the standard OE turbocharger with BorgWarner EFR-6758 turbo, low friction dual row ceramic ball bearings, Ni-resist cast turbo adapter, and V-band high-flow catalyst and downpipe.
For £5,974.99, the Brentwood-based outfit will give your Focus RS a power boost to 513bhp. This time, a BorgWarner EFR-7163 turbocharger is added, along with an XtremeDi uprated Di fuel pump, revised camshafts and valve train, and revised ECU calibration.
