Mitsubishi recorded its best November UK sales figures ever with 1,843 cars sold.
That represents a 64% rise compared to the same month last year.
The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is currently the UK’s best-selling plug-in vehicle of 2018, and 801 were sold last month compared to 579 in November 2017. So far this year sales of the Outlander PHEV have increased by 11% compared despite a 3% contraction in the UK new car market overall.
It has been a strong year for Mitsubishi with sales growing by 30.7% compared to 2017, with the launch of the new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, Shogun Sport, and the new Outlander PHEV giving rise to a surge in interest. Mitsubishi have also recently premiered the new L200 which will go on sale in late summer 2019.
