British sports car maker Lister has announced the introduction of an ultra-exclusive new model.
The Lister LFT-C is an open-top version of the acclaimed LFT-666, and will be limited to just 10 examples.
The LFT-C will start with a £139,000 price tag, but with a top speed of over 200mph it comes with performance to match. Its Lister-tuned 666bhp supercharged V8 engine provides a top speed of 205mph, and a 0-62mph time of just over three seconds.
The LFT-C gains a handstitched Bridge of Weir leather interior, unique solid silver plaque on the engine, new front bumper, new front splitter, new rear diffuser and rear lip spoiler, rear extended wheel arches, a new grille design, and new lightweight alloy wheels fitted with Michelin tyres. Carbon fibre will feature extensively in the make-up of the body panels, while Lister have also uprated the suspension and braking system, and added a bespoke exhaust.
Customers will be able to choose a bespoke specification, including wheel designs and paint finish.
The LFT-C will be produced at Lister’s new £6m headquarters in Blackburn, which opened at the start of this year. It will be built alongside the almost-as-exclusive LFT-666 coupe, which commenced delivery in January and which has already seen the 2019 allocation of cars sold.
