A new limited edition of the Nissan Navara pick-up has gone on sale priced from £27,845 on-the-road.
Developed in partnership with mountain sports brand Salomon, and based on the existing Tekna trim, the new Nissan Navara Salomon will be limited to just 500 examples. The 187bhp, 2.5-litre turbo-diesel powered Navara is a popular choice with pick-up buyers thanks to its 2.36m2 load bay, 1250kg maximum payload, and 2600kg towing capacity.
Boasting all the accoutrements of the current Tekna trim level, the limited edition Navara Salomon benefits from a package of additional features. On the outside there are a series of styling enhancements, including chrome front bar, door handles, and fog light surrounds. Four colours are available – Metallic Black, Twilight Grey, Starburst Silver, and Alabaster White – all complimented by Salomon branding. Inside the model gains Salomon branded entry guards, metal plaque, and floor mats.
Despite the raft of enhancements, the limited edition Navara Salomon costs just £750 more than the equivalent Tekna trim model, and the price – which starts from £27,845 – includes a Salomon voucher worth £250. Optional extras include an automatic gearbox for an additional £1755, and Nissan’s Connect Premium package which adds HDD SatNav, a 9GB Music Box, DVD playback, and rear parking camera for £1650.
