Kia will unveil a new SUV concept at the Chicago motor show in February.

The new Cross GT concept is described by Kia as being a "premium crossover larger than the new 2013 Sorento."

It is unlikely that the Cross GT will enter production; however, Kia is using the car to showcase its new design language for its SUVs and crossover vehicles. As you can see, the Cross GT features a narrower version of Kia's 'tiger nose' corporate grille, along with what appear to be side vents and an innovative new glass roof which features panes of glass arranged in a hexagon.

The Chicago Motor Show opens its doors to the public on 9 February.
