Isuzu have confirmed prices for the next-generation D-Max pickup ahead of the model’s Spring sales launch.

The range retains the Utility, Eiger, Yukon, Utah, and Blade model names, with prices for the entry-level Utility starting from £15,749. The Utility trim includes daytime running lights, Hill Start Assist, Hill Descent Control, Bluetooth connectivity, electric windows and air conditioning.

Next up is the Eiger double cab, priced from £20,499, which adds reversing camera, 16-inch alloy wheels, body coloured bumpers, and a 6 speaker CD audio system. The Yukon model comes in at the same prices, with 18-inch alloy wheels, silver side steps, a new 7-inch multi-function touchscreen, LED rear lights, Cruise Control, rear load liner and a leather steering wheel.

Priced from £24,149, the Utah adds such features as keyless entry with push button start, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, SatNav, DAB digital radio, roof bars, leather upholstery with heated front seats, rear parking sensors, and automatic air conditioning.

Sitting at the top of the new D-Max range is the Blade model, priced from £26,999, which boasts tinted windows, a 9-inch multi-function touchscreen, remote locking lower tailgate, Blade puddle lamps, front and rear parking sensors, and a colour-coded Aeroklas canopy or sports bar with roller cover.

The biggest change is to be found under the bonnet, where an all-new 162bhp 1.9-litre turbodiesel engine has been fitted. The new Euro 6 compliant power plant makes the new D-Max quieter and more economical that its predecessor, but still capable of towing 3.5 tonnes and a 1 tonne payload. A rotary dial enables the driver to switch to four-wheel-drive on the move as well as low range gears.

A 5-year / 125,000-mile warranty is included as standard, as is five years’ recovery and European cover, a three-year paint warranty, and a six-year anti-corrosion warranty.
