Hyundai have announced revisions to their IONIQ Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid models.

Both now feature advanced Bluelink telematics services, SmartSense active safety and driving assistance systems, Adjustable Regenerative Braking set using paddle shifts, and the latest infotainment technology.

SmartSense includes Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist and Driver Attention Alert. A revised interior features an optional 10.25 inch Audio Video Navigation system, Bluelink voice recognition software, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Hyundai LIVE Services. The control panel for the heating and climate control has also been redesigned.

One the outside the new IONIQ now has a new mesh grill, new front and rear bumper design, and redesigned optional LED head and taillights. Three new colours are available – Fluidic Metal, Electric Shadow and Liquid Sand – taking the number of paint choices to eight.

The revisions to the IONIQ Hybrid and Plug-In will be introduced into Europe later this year.
